Step 3: Pay for Your Healthcare Services

Once a specialist reviews and accepts your case, your patient services coordinator will provide you with a cost estimate and deposit information or confirm your insurance/embassy coverage.

Financial services assistance will be available to assist you with understanding your cost estimate, providing payments, verifying insurance or embassy coverage and reconciling your final bill.

Once a deposit has been received or payer information has been confirmed, your patient services coordinator will send you a letter confirming your appointment with the name of your doctor, the date, time and location of your appointment and any other important information you need before traveling.

Step 4: Prepare for Your Visit

Once your appointment has been confirmed, your confirmation letter can be used to assist in completing your visa application. Additionally, your PIM patient services coordinator will assist you with accommodation needs related to your visit.
