  • How do I submit a request?
    You can request an appointment on philadelphiamedicine.com or you can email us at pim@philadelphiamedicine.com
  • Can I still use Telemedicine Consultations if I don't speak English?
    If the PIM Physician does not speak your native language, PIM will provide an interpreting service to ensure a high quality experience.
  • When will my appointment be?
    Philadelphia International Medicine will coordinate your appointment depending on both your availability and the physician's. We strive to keep this within a 10 day window of approval.
  • Are there any additional fees associated with an appointment?
    No, there are no additional fees associated with both in person or telemedicine consultations. Philadelphia International Medicine aims to keep these appointments as affordable as possible. Before your appointment, you will receive a cost estimate for the consultation fees.
  • How do I make a payment?
    Once you receive your cost estimate you can make a payment through our website on the Financial Services page or via telephone.
  • What if the treatment suggested by the PIM physician during my telemedicine consultation is not available in my home country?
    After your telemedicine consultation, Philadelphia International Medicine can connect you with local US services. PIM has a network of 10 health systems in Philadelphia offering world-class treatments and services to international patients.
